Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

All bookings shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from both parties.

Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Remaining payment shall be completed as per the agreed schedule.
• Additional services requested during the event may be charged separately.

Menu Finalization

The final menu must be confirmed by the client before the agreed deadline. Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

Guest Count

The client shall provide the final guest count before the event date. Significant changes in guest numbers may affect pricing and service arrangements.

Event Timing

The client shall provide accurate event schedules. Additional service hours beyond the agreed duration may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms and applicable charges shall be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Food Safety

Chef Food & Service maintains strict hygiene and food-safety standards. However, food should be consumed within a reasonable time after service.

Liability

Chef Food & Service shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or unforeseen emergencies.

Property & Equipment

Any damage to catering equipment, serving stations or company property caused by guests or third parties may be chargeable to the client.

Amendments

Chef Food & Service reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary. Updated terms shall be communicated accordingly.
